OPEN WATER SWIMMING |
During the summer months, swimmers interested in training in open water meet at CSUS Aquatics Center at Lake Natoma ( map ) for a group swim. The group usually meets at 8:30 am on Sundays, and occasionally on Saturdays. The timing and dates of group swims are dependent on variables such as weather and water temperature. A notice is sent out by email on Thursdays or Fridays about the jump times. Those interested may get on the mailing list by sending a request to Rick at SERC1873@sbcglobal.net. |
